I've started having a pre-lunch snack at work, to keep the hunger at bay until a little after 1PM (eating my lunch later makes the day go by faster).
Yesterday, I had my breakfast of yoghurt, strawberries, and cherries, and a snack of havarti garlic cheese on crackers.
Today, I had a breakfast of yoghurt and strawberries, and my snack is chevre with herbes de provence and tomato preserves on crackers.
It all feels very classy and delicate, and certainly helps me to concentrate better on my work tasks throughout the midday.
I didn't order-in last night! I also didn't eat dinner... but I wasn't too hungry, after an early evening chai latte and key lime pie at the Pick Me Up Cafe. And I suppose I did snack on a few mint Newman-O's. ;)

the havarti garlic cheese on crackers sounds AWESOME...I usually grab whatever I can eat standing up that I can share with two little beggers.
