Thai/Japanese Delivery

One of the things I love SO much about Chicago is my ability to order just about any food I can imagine, and have it delivered to my door. In the last town I lived in (holla, Staunton VA!), that was not an option. In fact, our only delivery options were Papa John's or Pizza Hut, and as far as "ethnic" foods go... I think there was a Chinese place, but I don't remember them delivering. I had to drive 45 minutes just to get decent Thai, and mediocre Vietnamese. Here in Chicago, my favorite Mexican place delivers until 5AM, and then resumes delivery at 8AM.

Lately, I've had a bordering-on-obsession with agedashi tofu, so last night, to celebrate the season finale of Gossip Girl, I put on my pajama pants, and ordered in from Dib (Thai and Japanese/sushi). Here are my over-the-top artsy-fartsy pictures from the "event". Gossip Girl was upsetting, and I ended up crying into my edamame... sigh.

I had edamame, agedashi tofu, panang curry w/ tofu (repeats for lunch, today), and California maki. Yum!!
